When on Neptune you are going to need something to do.
Neptune has 14 moons discovered so far meaning there could be more. You could set yourself the challenge to discover another moon or simply gaze at the ones we have already. These are Triton, Nereid, Proteus, Thalassa, Psamathe, Larissa, Despina, Galatea, Halimede, Naiad, Neso, Laomedeia, Sao. The largest moon is Triton which is an average size of 2700km so you can imagine the view! You can also visit Neptune’s famous Great Dark Spot. Located in the Southern Hemisphere of Neptune this great storm was approximately the size of Earth, with winds stronger than recorded on any other planet. As well as this you can watch Neptune’s famous ice-hockey team play all year round as our surface is completely ice!
